Return & Refund Policy
SECTION 1 – Cancellation of Order
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
SECTION 2 – Returns
-Due to the epidemic and customs reasons, we will not provide return services for undamaged products. For damaged products, please contact customer service to apply for a replacement or refund.
-If the buyer needs to return the product for personal reasons, in order to be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and not affecting secondary sales. Please contact customer service staff to apply and provide receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days after receiving the product. Applications received over 7 days will not be accepted, please understand.
-After confirming that the goods can be returned, you need to return the goods to the designated return address. If the item is returned due to personal reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
SECTION 3 – Exchange & Refunds
-If the package you receive meets the following conditions, you can apply for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the product:
- If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and provide photo proof of the product outer packaging, express delivery bill, product, etc. If you cannot provide the corresponding photo proof, it will not be accepted. - If the goods are lost, wrongly delivered, or missed, the situation must be verified and verified by the courier personnel to be true.
-If the above problems occur with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After verification of the situation, the product sold will be replaced by the Seller and a new package sent out at the Seller’s expense (subject to circumstances) or a refund at the Buyer’s discretion. We recommend that you take photos and describe the product in question and send it to us via email so that we can identify the problem and provide you with specific exchange and refund methods.
-After we receive your exchange or refund request, we will send you a notification approving or rejecting the exchange or refund via email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the amount of your order will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
-If the buyer still does not receive the ordered package after 3 months, the buyer can contact the seller to solve the problem.
SECTION 4 – The following items are not subject to the return and refund policy

-The product has been used or damaged, the label/original protective film has been removed, or the product has been altered;
-Exceeding the acceptance time limit (if you fail to contact customer service within 7 days after signing for receipt, you will not be able to apply for after-sales service);
-Due to irresistible factors during transportation, the product may be slightly damaged, but it does not affect normal use;
-Any product quality problems caused by the customer’s abnormal use and storage;
-Gifts redeemed are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
